Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ThumbnailGPT(the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service does
ThumbnailGPT generates thumbnails and titles from references and inputs you provide. You save a Character (your face) and Styles (learned from references you choose), then generate thumbnails for your own videos.
2. Your content and likeness rights
You may only upload photos of yourself or of people who have given you the rights to use their likeness. You may only teach Styles from references you have the right to use. You are responsible for the content you upload and generate. We do not offer, and you must not attempt, any feature that clones or impersonates another creator's identity, face, or exact thumbnail.
3. AI-generated images and SynthID
Thumbnails are generated using AI image models. All AI-generated images carry Google's invisible SynthID watermark. This watermark does not affect your ability to upload or monetize the images. You are responsible for complying with the disclosure rules of the platforms where you publish.
4. Credits, payments, and refunds
Title generation is free and rate-limited. Rendering a thumbnail requires a credit, which is consumed when a render begins. Each credit includes one render plus one free revision. Credits from a Pack do not expire; subscription credits refresh each billing period. Because each delivered image has real generation cost, we do not offer cash refunds on delivered thumbnails. Instead, every thumbnail includes a free revision and our promise to make it right. If a render fails for a system reason, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.
5. Subscriptions
Pro and Studio are monthly subscriptions billed through Razorpay. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing. One-time Single and Pack purchases are not subscriptions and never auto-renew.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to create content that is unlawful, deceptive about a real person's actions, infringing, or that impersonates others. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to bypass limits, or violate these terms.
7. Ownership
You own the thumbnails you generate and may use them commercially, subject to your having the rights to all inputs you provided. ThumbnailGPT retains ownership of the Service itself.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThumbnailGPT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months.
